3.  Our team will confirm eligibility within 24–48 hours.

4. Once approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup.

Refunds

●    Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

●    For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
