Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–8 business days of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Charges

●        Will be mentioned on the time of billing Depending on the order value, product and Offer

●        B2B/bulk wholesale orders are shipped as per agreed terms in the wholesale invoice.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email /WhatsApp to monitor delivery status in real time.

Delays

While we strive to meet all timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier disruptions, or high-demand periods (festive sales, new launches).

Undelivered / Returned-to-Origin Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal at delivery, we'll reach out to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund minus shipping costs.
